Movies

David & I enjoyed this movie:
We checked out a few DVDs last week, during the Boyz Spring Break. I liked this one the best:

As for this DVD, I think the BOOK was better. A lot better--IMO!!

And, really, this was too bleak. I know, I know. But still, very bleak. Both the boyz said it was too slow -- I think all of us wanted to give up on it 1/2 way thru.

Nap time

Hard to get excited when the pets are napping. Cute to watch Nikki move over to Honey. She just curls up around him. So sweet

Awww ...

How Cute : )

Of all the nerve ...

My normally smart & sweet daughter sent this to Alex. Has she lost her mind? She must be angry with us!!! LOL Maybe a little bird told her Alex is sicker than a dog. Me thinks Alex needs to keep his germs to himself. Nobody else in the family want to get near him. Yeah, no comments on my grammer -- or ELSE

Want to irritate someone special??? Here is a link to the web site:

Was trying a new trick ...

I tried the "send to" option & sent this directly to my blog. Kinda easy! Just needed to change some of the wording.

If you have not seen the new freebie by The Drawn Thread, check it out here:

Fun Trip to Bookstore ...

It is here ... in my hands, this issue full of awesome creations ...
IMO-- very nice article w/pictures on crazy quilting dolls!!

WOOT!!!

AND I HAVE FACES!!

I'm so thrilled. My sketches of faces were terrible. So ugly -- and I don't mean, "they are so ugly, they are cute", I mean ... they werent' good : ( Local bead shop was going to a trade show in early February & owner was aware of the Comfort Doll Project & said she'd pick up some 'faces'..... meanwhile, Thx Monique for lending me a hand. You are very kind : )

And, eventually, I am going to have a finished doll for the Comfort Doll Project. I have been gathering up some 'ingredients' and look forward to creating something special.

AND, I still hope to get a 2" x 2" square done for the art doll to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure. I pulled out some Pink material [I don't own much] and some fibers, beads, etc. I need some inspiration & free time to participate. Needs to be mailed by March 1, 2008
